Need some advice DR650 engines

I've got an XF650 (freewind) it's basically the same engine as the DR apart from ive got bigger valves and 2 carbs. Now my top end's buggered ie head, cam and rocker but some said to put a complete DR engine in but would the mounts be in the same place plus as it's got one carb I'd need to maybe use the DR twist grip for one cable.

The main reason for a DR lump is so far there's only one XF engine and it's in Germany (Berlin) and they want £220 just for delivery to the UK

Try posting this on www.drriders.com or even on the DR650 thread in www.advrider.com  (both are more of a world wide forum) they might be able to help out, maybe even some of the DR Big guys will chime in too.
