i recently replaced my rear pads and rotor. During a short ride, the rear brake got tighter and tighter, almost to the point of seizing. I let cool, bLed the line down slightly and it was fine. Next ride out, same thing. It heats up and almost seizes......any ideas?

Dump out the old fluid and add new. Then bleed it.

Either the master cylinder is too full, or there is water in the fluid.  Flush the old fluid out with new until it appears clean, and set the level correctly.
