jetting

 I have an 04 WR 450 that backfires when I back off the throttle I think its the jetting am at 2000 feet .what is the stock jetting for this bike? Any other things I should look into?

You need to read the FAQ's at the top of the forum

 

There is no way to advise you on jetting withoug knowing the state of tune of your exhaust and intake.

 

The noise you hear is deceleration popping, caused by a lean pilot jet circuit, or an air leak.

 

Adjust your fuel screw out 1/2 turn to start
