Hi everyone
I'm wondering if it's worth fitting a stage 1 exhaust hot cam to my wr?

Apart from the auto decompression will there be any power gains ?

Also will I need to re shim the valves ?

Appreciate any help

Probably get a little more top end. Definitely you need to check or shim the valves.

I just did this over the summer.  This was my feelings after the work was done.  http://www.thumperta...-make-me-smile/

Always check and re-shim your valves if you change any parts on the top end.  Quick and easy to do, whereas damaging the top is expensive and time consuming to fix.
