Suspension recommendation

50 yr old
235 lb Intermediate rider
Just change out The fork and rear shock spring set the SAG and call it good?

Change out Fork and rear shock springs and do a full revolve job?

Any ideas.....

You're too heavy for the stock spring rates, but once that's corrected, you may be satisfied with the way the suspension is valved already.  Always try the spring rates first, as without them being close to right, the suspension doesn't have a chance of working correctly.

X2 on what Grey said. The valving in these bikes is really good with the proper springs.
