I have a 2013 and I am currently running a 13 front sprocket and a 51 rear sprocket.  I am thinking about switching to a 12 up front and a 50 on the rear.  Has anyone run such a small sprocket up front?  Any issues with it?

Thanks

Planning on pulling a trailer?

that's really low, if the conditions are slow and really tight should be fine.

A 12T front will wear out noticeably faster than a 13, and will be harder on the chain.  I don't recommend using one that small.

Yes I was planning to pull a 10ft trailer. Lol. Thanks for the info. I was worried it could do more harm than good. I will just stay with what I have.

I currently have a blue renthal rear sprocket and I really dig the way it looks on my bike. Does anyone know of any good steel sprockets that are blue? Having a tuff time finding good ones on line

Not finding anything in steel (in Blue anyway)

check out the primary drive brand at RMC (rockymountainatvmc.com)

note the 50T rear I bought has a much more attractive hole "pattern" than the ones shown in the picture

or keep searching Ebay, saw a 51T blue renthal go for 26 bucks..
