I am attempting to change the front fork seals on my 06 450 and was wondering how much oil goes in the inner dampner and how much do I put in the outer? I couldn't find a specific video on this bike so I watched a generic and was wondering if anybody knew of a specific video?

Here ya go. I would also drill the holes in the piston for the free mod since your in there. The piston can shatter.
