I have a 2011 450, just wondering if the stock takasago rim would lace up to an aftermarket hub?
I don't see myself being able to sell the stock wheels if I buy a complete wheel set. ..

Wheels will sell faster than any other bike part.  Bare hubs will be harder to sell by far.

Regardless, the best answer, if no one here tells you they've done it, is to contact the hub manufacturer and ask them if their hub is drilled to fit OEM rims.
