"i beat the seat" or 'the end is near"

I got a replacement Corbin seat for my 2014DRZ. Lasted one ride, totally hated it. It's way to slippery. But the worst part about it, is that it's way to sloped forward towards the tank, it makes you slide right into the tank all the time. Stupid design, I read alot of reviews of love/hate. I'm in the major hate side. DO NOT buy a Corbin seat. Words of wisdom for you, and future people that may read this...

Got a pic of your Corbin?  i have a seat concepts,  love the seat itself,  just hate the shape cause when putting me feet down it digs into me inner thighs,  just annoying,  the seat is very comfy tho.

ive allways heard good things about the corbins.

It's on their website, it "looked" fine. It rides like crap....  :banghead:

Thankfully I got it off Kijiji, and sold again on Kijiji, so no monetary loss ?

Corbin started making custom seats for a few bikes and they were really good.
NOw they make seats for seemingly everything (ever see their catalog?) and some are good and some suck.
All are the same.

Fisher (and othes) customizes the shape, foam used and how thick, etc to you and your riding.

I am now up to 47000+ kms and I am afraid that I may need to put rear brake pads on it ,,,bikes starting to fall apart on me,,,,

took it motorcycle camping last weekend and that back brake is starting to grind,, bought new (front and back) pads as well as a new back rotor. I would like to go camping again this weekend but I am not sure if I want to get that cold .
