My son has a 2012 YZ450. It seems like this bike goes through clutches pretty fast. He is an experienced rider and has raced it several times so he is pretty hard on it. But it seems like they are wearing out faster than the 03 he had before this one or my 06. I typically am a firm believer in OEM parts but I am wondering if it's time to try something aftermarket for this. Anyone have a recommendation?

I get 100+ hours out of OEM clutches.  Is it adjusted properly with enough free play?  Can't imagine having to abuse the clutch on a 450 unless it was super slow technical off road stuff.
