2009 YZ450f. GYTR head. Riding this summer and the bike just stalled, would not restart. Finally took it apart today and saw the cams were off a few teeth.. I tore the head off and i noticed that on the intake cam journals they appear to be a little bit smooshed. I cant pull out the valve buckets on the intake side.

Is this something GYTR can fix, or should i just source a new head??? Bike was meticulously maintained.

Send the head to Engine Dynamics.

It sounds like you seized a cam.  The most common reason for that is improper assembly (overtorque, uneven torque, failure to tighten in steps, failure to align and fully seat the caps prior to tightening, ,etc.).  Next is inadequate clearance, then oiling problems.
