The hole is on the right side and i imagine is the hole that leads to the spark plug hole.
About a month ago i put my valve cover back on and forgot to tighten all the bolts. And when i rode it oil started spewing out of that hole. I went back and tightened those screws and got the gasket all aligned and its still leaking? Do i need a new gasket?

While the bolts were loose, crankcase pressure probably displaced the section of the gasket that seals the plug well, and it got trapped like that when you tightened them.  Remove the cover and see it the gasket can be repositioned.  If it isn't cut or crimped, it will probably work.
