Tennessee Prentice Cooper / Houston Valley

Let me know also if you guys go! I didn't go to prentice cooper, I went to Houston valley and it is pretty nice riding there. I'd like to try prentice cooper out though.

Houston Valley is also known as Taylor's Ridge. It is located just west of Dalton, GA, and is about 45 mins from Chattanooga. It's $5 per trail vehicle per day. 

Well, yesterday I went with some guys to Trial Training Center in Sequatchie, TN. It wasn't a very good day... my bike wasn't idling right, and the trails were honestly above my skill level. The bike stalled coming down a steep hill, I grabbed too much front brake resulting in an endo and a highside down an embankment. According to my buddy, my feet were 8 or 9 ft above the trail. Thankfully I wasn't hurt.

So for now I'm going to stick to the easier trails until I up my skill level. That means Prentice Cooper and Houston Valley are places I should be going frequently.

Anyone want to try to hit some easy trails at either of those places on Saturday the 27th?

I think we are going to Royal Blue but I hit Prentice on a regular basis. Let me know the next time you are going.

Royal Blue is way too far for me to take a day trip. Anyone let me know if you want to ride Prentice Cooper or any other easy trails this saturday.

What trails did you ride at the Trials training Center?  Do they have plenty of mileage?
