WR timing on a YZF 400?

I am trying to make my YZF a little more manageable on the trails so I was wondering what going to the WR timing would do? Has anyone out there tried this? I have already changed the gearing, and it has a 11 ounce flywheel weight and Big Gun exhaust system with S/A. Thanks for any input!
