04 yz450 rear shock loss of dampening

I overshot a jump and landed hard. Now I have no dampening unless I compress the shock like 2/3 of the way down. And it isn't leaking any oil

If it's never been serviced, it may just be full of air.  Over time, it builds up in the shock.  In any case, it needs an oil change/service at the least.  It is unlikely that there's any expensive damage internally.
