I've done a few searches and read a few things, sorry if this has been answered.

I have an 08 with a 4.1 slip on. Which one of these would be a more effective header, the Mega or the Power? If the Mega is better, is the titanium worth the extra coin other than a slight weight savings? Thanks!!

It depends on what your doing with it. Mega is for torque, power a little less so and you sacrifice top end over your stock header.

I'm trying to pick up bottom end snap. It'd be nice to accomplish this without loosing any mid or top..

Use either a full system with a conventional header, or the PowerBomb, and the CDI from an '06.

I'm not trying to complicate this, just wanna make sure I fully understand. I currently have the 4.1 slip on, if I add the mega or power bomb header I'll pick up some on the bottom or mid but I'll lose some elsewhere? If I buy a full fmf system, the header that comes with it is considered a conventional header, which is different from the mega or power, and it will yield the best power across the board? I will be adding the 06 cdi as well.

I use a 08-09 yz450 header pipe with a FMF 4.1 rear. The only real way to fill in the weak bottom is, send the carb to zip ty racing. Tell them to do everything, the needle jet emulsion tube mod, adjustable leak jet, pump spring, and adjust the squirt timing.
