California KToom Fest April 24 to the 27th Moonrocks

A few buddies and I wend a couple of years ago when it was at Stonyford. Rain and some snow at higher elevations make for great conditions. There was a big BBQ, potluck and even got a T-shirt.

This year they're having it at Moonrocks in NV in a couple of weeks. There is a thread on KTM Talk but, apparently I'm not authorized to read it even though, I have a user name, password and a full profile. Dam elitists web site.

I hope to be there Thursday but waiting to hear from the rest of my crew.  These guys are always a lot of fun, and I've wanted to ride at Moon Rocks for quite a while now.  BTW - this is open to everyone, not just KTM riders.  Of course you may get hassled for riding a Honda, but it's all in fun.  notTobyG - I had a similar problem with that site - send the admin a message and let him know you can't read the thread.

Pildoc, when I went a couple of years ago I didn't hear any KTM elitists. Just a fun group of guys. Scotty you going to come out and play?

Years ago when I went, we had a trail ride with 50 guys starting out.  When I came back, there were 3 in my group!  And I was hauling @ss!!!!

 

Today I couldn't ever even hang 5 minutes with those guys.
