How do you tune your suspension? I weigh bout 150 to 160 and im 5'9". Should i leave it stock or make it stiffer? I sit on it and both feet sit on the ground?

A site that does what?  Shows how to check sag on the front?  The information in the third link applies to both ends of the bike.  As to fork sag, Dwight Rudder finds, "that 14% of available travel in the fork should be static sag and 25% should be rider sag", and allows a +/- 3mm variance.  It's one rule of thumb.
