How to street legal a yz426f

I live in pa and wanna make a yz426 street legal. I know it's been done but any help will be great the bike is bone stock and is basically brand new I just wanna know why steps I have to take to do so.

I'm in the process of getting mine legal. You need lights, horn, chain guard, mirrors, insurance and then go get it inspected. Keep all your receipts so if they need proof you bought something you have it.

I called the inspection guys a few times just to make sure I was doing it right and everything I needed
