Can anyone recommend some? and how much quantity i need? the PDF manual ive got doesnt have any fork information in sadly.

Thanks

Any quality Fork Oil is good.  Use 5WT.  I use Maxima 85-150.  You can download the manual, but I believe 125cm from the top without the spring is a good start.
