You guys are killing me!
I will be doing ANOTHER GIANT purchase from Norm Kouba.

Cost is $13.00 apiece with all susequential units @$11.00.

I WILL setup Pay Pal to accept CREDIT CARDS!!

PLEASE DO NOT send me a private message. There is a very limited amount of space for p.m.'s, and I may not receive it.

It is also quite difficult jumping btwn e-mail, p.m.'s, and replies to this posting for orders.

I have gotten MUCH smarter this time around! :)

More news to come!

www.koubalink.com

see about T-Handles for Pilot screw adjusting.

A few of the guys have RAVED about this t-handles. One observer, the PROUD owner of a little screwdriver for adjusting his pilot screw, informed the proud Kouba owner that "He Sucked"! This was because the screwdriver owner did not have an unbelievably simple way of adjusting his pilot screw.

When to adjust your pilot? When any of the following changes:

the ambient temperature

the humidity

your riding elevation

your air filter getting dirty (and no convenient place to clean).

A just cleaned air filter with slightly rich on the filter oil.

I am not trying to take business away from Kouba but I made a "adjust on the fly" fuelcscrew just like the Kouba and it took 30 mins to make and it cost about $3! Here is the link: http://mx393.tripod.com/fuelscrew.html Later,

Garrett

Gents,
The T-Handle SNUG fits over your pilot screw. That is the adjustable screw that is accessed from under the carb.
I have been adjusting mine with the shortened screwdriver. I have been turning and turning mine, but was never even meshing w/ the pilot! This T-Handle STAYS in place. Adjustments are a 5 second affair, no fumbling w/ those stupid little screwdrivers, no stopping to yank it out of your pack (I use to stick mine under the cross bar pad flap), no dropping it and having to hop off the bike to grab it.
When I buy anything, I relate it to a beer. This puts everything on a "Beer Base" perspective. The Kouba is about 2.5 beers. Heck, I drink 2.5 beers in a night (over an 8 hr period, UNLESS I am short on time!).

I'm sold. I am having too much trouble dealing with that screw to worry about $13.00. I am setting up my paypal account now but it takes days. I will transfer the $$ when my account is established. Thanks, Jason

5 days to go until the last kouba order is placed by me.

after this you MUST purchase 2 @ $16.00 from Norm Kouba.

You can get ONE from me for $13.00.

I DO NOT want to hear any whining about another order. :)

I AM DONE ORDERING THESE KOUBA'S AFTER THIS LAST, FINAL ORDER.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to time consuming since I really make nothing in profit!

6 days left and the Kouba discounted purchase WILL END FOREVER.

I WILL NO LONGER be doing this Kouba thing.

Right now, OVER 200 ThumperTalk members have saved > $3.00 apiece on their Kouba.
(a single order of 5 will save you $23.00 overall)

after this, you MUST order 2 @ $16/apiece from Norm Kouba. He has a $25.00 minimum order.

Thursday midnight, January 24, Kouba orders WILL NO LONGER be accepted.

DON'T WAIT!!

Kevin,

I'm sold! As often as the screw needs adjusting, I don't understand why some type of extension isn't stock. I'll be looking for my package!
