I changed oil for the first time (just got bike). When adding oil, I put it into the opening on the left side of the crankcase. Then I read here that it should be added to the tank. Should I drop the oil again and then add from the tank, or will it redistribute when it is started? (2003 WR450)

You know, you can download a SERVICE MANUAL FOR FREE from Yamaha' website.

Don't guess, and you won't have any excuses.
