how to adjust suspension on a banshee

front only has spring preload adjustment.

rear has compression on top, rebound on bottom, and spring preload.

Not sure if your talking about the rear or front being soft, but if the front is too soft for you then your going to need new shocks.  The rear can be adjusted.  Turn the top adjustment clockwise a few clicks to stiffen it up, also turn the bottom as well as you will want to slow down the rebound as you stiffen the compression.

Also before you do any of this you need to set your sag and rider sag.

All these adjustments will vary by the type of riding you do.  If your taking some huge jumps youll want to stiffen it up.  Woods riding will need to be softer with quicker rebound.  Most shops will help you with this and will usually set your sags and help you adjust your compression and rebound as well for pretty cheap.
