Hi all, does anyone no if my spare 2013 yz450f rims could be converted to fit the new 2014 yz450f as I read they have a different size axle

The rear should be interchangeable. Not sure about the front.

put 2014 bearings in your 13 hub. same od, dif. id

Have you actually done that?  The hub is  a different part number.
