03 starter fix

Just picked up an 03 wr450 for a song. It didn't run. The po thought the head was trashed. Cleaned the carb and the bike fired up! Lol. But the sticky for the starter fix isn't working. Any help is appreciated.

I know this is not the help you are looking for but...Just do a search on '03 starter fix and you will get a ton of information. Did the fix myself two summers ago. Quick and easy!
