Rejet with low volume insert?

Might be a dumb question but will removing the low volume insert require a rejet? Thanks in advance.
Sorry, it's a yosh pipe on an 07 450f.

here's an even dumber question: what's a low volume insert? oh oh volume like sound?! in the baffle?

Yeah, it's the insert in the end of most exhaust systems. As far as mine is concerned it was just a piece of tubing that extended back from the end cap about 5 inches into the muffler.
