I was wondering if you guys might have some tips on installing cams. I'm wrapping up my top end rebuild but I'm stuck at getting the cams back in. There just doesn't seem to be enough slack in the chain to get both back in. The first one is no issue but the second is very very difficult to get in. I did get both in on one attempt but the second wasn't properly aligned afterwards. Just hoping someone has a trick for this.

I figured this out. In case another new 4 stroker is curious -- I found that if you lean the intake cam forward while the chain is around it, letting the tension of the chain hold it at a tilt, it provides sufficient slack and makes it MUCH easier to adjust the exhaust cam and get it under the chain and in place.
