Anyone know where to get a tool to cut worn tire knobs?

You can use a small angle grinder with a coarse wheel for sharpening up the edges of the knobs. Since by this time they are usually a bit shorter, it doesn't hurt anything to make them a bit smaller. It works well, but be prepared to breathe a bit of smoke and rubber dust.
