2012 wr250f throttle stop mod. HELP!

So I'm wondering on my wr how to change this throttle stop issue. ,It's annoying and i want it gone. i have seen many threads on here about fixing this ssue on older bikes, but i was wonder what the procedure is on my newer bike. Can i just replace the throttle system or do i have to cut the screws. And if I do have to cut screws, to what length? I would appreciate the help, thank you.

You're in the DRZ-400 forum. You'll have to ask in the forum for your bike.
