The gears are moved from factory position... anyway to get them.back? I haven't.checked yet, but I think.they have moved again....

By gears you mean cam shaft sprockets/cogs right?

Did you set the tensioner as specified in the manual?
If the cam chain has slipped- replace it.
If the tensioner does not move extend/retract smoothly- replace it (I'd replace it to be sure but that's up to you).
If the cam chain sprockets look worn- replace them.
If the cam chain guides have excessive wear or cracks- replace them.
