I have just recovered my bike that was stolen in Jan and putting back together. All looks fine but the front brake. Received the bike without a front brake lever or bolt. Have tried to install a new handle and don't recall this much issue before. Seems like I can't get the push rod installed far enough in to get the bolt started. Not sure if it is the correct length. Does someone have this length?

If you are using a lever made for an '07 or earlier model, it won't work. You'll have to get one for an '08 and up.

This push rod was with the bike when returned. I am looking to verify if this is the right one.
Do you know where I can find this measurement?

You'll probably have to find one on another bike and measure it.
