great to hear of ur victory kfbmech, I had one myself, after replacing a pulse sensor, regrounding the cdi, and replacing the resistor cap, my dr350 is once again a 1-2 kick bike. good luck to you man, and thanks to all the tt members for their help, and for posting a conclusion when the problem was fixed in this and other threads.

Yea the help is greatly appreciated, and that is an understatement. I bombed around on it for a while today. When i got to the gas station after i filled up it took a few kicks to get it going again.. But cold its a one kick start. Im sure it just needs carb tweeking now, but the guy came and picked it up and he was very happy. If it were mine i would be shopping around for a different carb for it. Something with an accel pump for sure. Thanks again to everyone
