Finally. Finished all the mods I want (for now) and I must say, shes a very cool bike that will do what I like. Now if I can only get some riding skills... :D

I made the PowerNow mod (simple) and now, introducing: the foots mod. Foots, a TT member, recommended using the Yamaha Raptor spark arrestor insert to quiet down the ProCircuit T4 pipe. I tried PC's "quiet" insert which amounts to a big flat washer welded onto the insert to make the exhaust flow through a smaller hole. What a joke, a waste of $30. Makes an annoying, high girlie screaching pop-pop-pop noise. :)

I installed foots recommendation and rode to my dealer where we put a new DRZ400S side by side to mine and revved them up. My bike is only a notch or two louder now. If the bikes were ten feet apart, you would think they were the same! It really worked! I'm riding this weekend so I'll take the old non-restricted T4 insert and the foots mod and compare for power. Riding around the street I can't tell a difference.

If you are interested, the Yamaha Raptor part number is 5LP-14752-00-00 and list price is $55.37.

When I figure out how to post pictures, I'll show it off. :D

Good job on posting some useful info. I was wondering if something like that can be done to a Yosh can.

If you measure the inside of the Yosh can where the arrestor fits, check its diameter with the ProCircuit T4 can. Providing you have the length and the diameter is the same, it should work.
