Could someone help me get the fork and rear shock settings right on my bike? I have a 2001 YZ426F, all stock. I am an intermediate skilled rider and ride mostly on motocross tracks. I am 6'1" and weigh 225lbs. I am looking for some settings to start out with. It is set up just like I got it form the dealer.

Regarding your suspension, I am roughly the same size as you (6'3" 220lbs) and am possibly going to buy a '02 YZF. I usually use Race Techs guide for springs, valving etc. Check them out @ under valving search.
You are def going to need to go up on the springs at each end. .48 fork springs, & 5.6 shock.
Good Luck
