suspention rebuild work?

almost time for the big tear down on the 2k... considering a rebuild on the shock and forks. who do you like? and about how much? maybe a set of gold valves? i do alot of all kinds of riding. mx, sand pits, gravel pits, fast woods, and tight woods. no big problem with stock, but it has been used alot ... and I do want to put the better elastimer bumper in the forks to eliminate the harsh bottoming
