Life long Honda guy, first time KTM.  Vet rider.  I love this bike and it is one of better I have ever owned.  Currently have around 82 hours on it.

Best Elements - Handling, turning, Air filter w/ no tools, Electric Start!!!, powerband, BRAKES, CLUTCH, overall durability, smart engineering all the way around, mold in plastics, great feel, overall plastics durability, ODI grips, rear suspension.

Ok elements - 1) front suspension (can be a little harsh on big doubles or triples), 2) cold start batter issues.  Before I followed the proper procedures, I did drain the battery and had to jump the bike.  It would be nice if there was an easier way to jump it in cold weather.  Since I learned the proper procedure, I have not had an issue.  However it can take 5 to 10 of the 30 second cycles.  My sons 2014 FC250 fires up no matter the condition, of course with a heavier battery. 3) I would like a little more low end - probably should just go up a tooth on rear sprocket.

Issues - The rub issue on the outside of the lower radiators where the black plastic connects.  I placed a foam pad there and it seems to have solve the problem.  It would have been nice for the magazines to mention it the test.  battery - above and I lost the axle bolt, which cause the chain to slip and get jammed.

At 80 hours plus, the motor seems fine and does not appear to need any maintenance.
