  • Referring to Rekluse’s “auto clutch” systems is much more simply stated than achieved. Auto clutch technology has been meticulously engineered, tested, and developed through several generations in the engines of many different brands and types of motorcycles. But, what are the benefits of running an auto clutch in the first place?

New Trick for Brake Piston Removal (Yamaha RZR 133cc 2-stroke in this case)
New to me anyway. Usually I just use the brake pedal/lever, not available in this case. Plug the banjo bolt with the end of a chopstick and PTFE tape. Fill the caliper with 75% ethanol and seal with above plugged bolt Drop caliper in a pan of boiling water. STAND CLEAR Pop! RESULT 96% ethanol would probably be more forceful, but I didn't have any. Maybe brake clean, but that might be too volatile. Original idea was to use a pan of smoking hot oil,
Gloves that cover wrist
Looking for some new gloves. Lately been seeing that 'longer gloves' are having a very scarce representation. The most usual is to have the plain MX gloves that only covers the hand and leaves the wrist completely uncovered and I'm going to a place for a full week where you should not have so much skin uncovered unless you want a nice sunburn. Other posibility is to put some bandages on wrists and call it a day but keeping this as last resort. I'm alone looking for some gloves
anybody have issues with crankworks AZ screwing up there crank?
i just got my super rare ktm 360 crank with 135mm rod installed from crank works and they pressed the wrong crank together and just send it back to me.  i pulled the bearings off prior to sending it in,  35mm on the left 30mm on the right.  they send me a newer crank thats 30mm on both sides.   called them and they deny it.   so im pretty much f'd,  great job crank works.  so either it was an 'honest' mistake or some got my unicorn out the back door.  they basically are leaving me nothing! offer

Music and Navigation
What is everybody using for earphones?  Having just dropped $10 grand on a bike, and buying riding gear and such, I really don't want to spend $500+ on a good Sena or Cardo system right now, especially since I ride alone more often than not. And my Google Buds won't work in a helmet. So I'm looking at Bluetooth earphones, and ran across the Plug phones, which are ear plugs and earphones combined. Has anybody tried them?  If not, what do you use?
Has anyone used the Black Widow Hitch carrier
Been looking for a better way to haul my bike other than my truck bed. My truck has a lift on it and is a pain sometimes depending on where I am at to load the bike up. So I am thinking of ordereing one of the Hitch carriers and this Black Widow alum carrier with the 6' ramp has kind of caught my eye some. I cant really make up my mind if I really want one as I can still load the bike in the bed of the truck ok but the hitch carrier seems like it would make things a little easi
How valves should look
Here are pics off an 80cc head. Intake valves look clean, no build up (2nd pic). Exhaust valves look to have oil caked around the inside (3rd and 4th pic). Is this normal? In the pic, the intake valve is the larger one and exhaust (one with build up) is the smaller one. Please let me know your thoughts. The clips that hold the piston broke and scored up the cylinder so i am doing a top end build but dont know if one of the valves is bad. Do i need to replace the exhaust valve because it is letti

Big red 200 smokes
Wassup y’all, so I have a problem I need help with, I got a 1984 Honda atc200e that I got that smoked, but I pulled the motor and I bought a rehoned 4th bore over with matching piston and I redid the valve seat relapped them and new valve seats perfect valves, perfect cylinder, everything work great, not over filled oil, I did two heat cycles and it slowed down a little bit on the smoke second heat cycle, but I’m about to lose interest and just sell it in 16 and have put 500$ into it to get it t
