QTM bracket and SMR radial caliper?

Hi guys,

does anyone know if it's possible to use the QTM radial bracket together with a caliper from a ktm SMR?

Or an Aprilia SXV?

They're both 100mm mounting distance.

I'm also thinking about how much braking power will have the system, if it's worth to get the brembo caliper...

I'm 90% sure it works with the Aprilia caliper, but not sure about the KTM.

I really don't know. I do know there is a guy in Europe that put the SXV caliper on his DR-Z, and if I remember right he used a QTM bracket. But I haven't heard of anyone trying it with the KTM caliper.

Most likely you will need to clearance the caliper a little no matter which one you use. QTM clearances the Brembo calipers they sell.

ktm will fit there a 100mm too basicakky any supermoto caliper is 100mm sports bike tent to be about 108mm

Ant1 used a caliper from a Husky with the QTM caliper, I think it bolted straight up, with no machining of the caliper.

Any Brembo caliper should work with the QTM caliper, though you may need to mill the caliper to clear the spokes on your DRZ.

Have you grinded it by yourself?How much more or less?

I'm a little bit scary of breaking it, in case I will find a brembo...

My caliper came from QTM when I bought the bracket. I didn't want to risk ruining a caliper trying to machine it to fit.

The QTM website shows the caliper in Silver, though they now come in gold.
