Pay attention when cleaning your carburettor!

Found out today that the vacuum release plate was up side down on the throttle slide.

I knew something was wrong, I couldn't find it. The great Burned pointed it out straight up!!!! Kudo's to Burned!

I went from 52 pilot jet with fuel screw about 3 or so turns out down to

48 pilot jet with fuel screw 1 and 1/4 turns out.

It runs cleaner to say the least, maybe I can try the ACV disconnection again!

i've got a question about the seal that fits on the release plate. does the beveled side of the seal supposed to seal against the plate or the slide? I can't seem to find a diagram that describes it. thanks.
