Shinko 705 on sm wheels |
Anyone running shinko 705s on the front and rear? It doesn't appear that they have a front tire for 17inch rims but I ran across this pic and the guy is running them front and rear...maybe he is running a 120 or 130 rear on the front?

Wow! That scoot is really dressed out for some serious Adventure-Touring! :worthy:
The only thing that jumped right out at me, is the threaded rod sticking out of the windscreen(!) Is that there for adjustability?

Perhaps it is the ultra rare and collectible "Unicorn Edition"? :smirk:

I'm thinking somebody put that rod in there as a brace and didn't want to mess up the threads by cutting it.
Either that or it is half DRZ and half unicorn.
I like the mirrors too.

Ooo good eye! I was busy admiring the key relocate. I wonder if one is more "concave" than the other, or offers more vision or something? One for close-in lane changes, and the other for long range checking the 6 for the man?
Really, it is a nicely done bit. But, that rod is something else.
