[QUOTE=CrazyJohnny125;5594768]go to jawbone canyon and try the widowmaker hill climb. CR500s are the only bikes I have every seen make it to the top. Maybe a few 650s but that is about it. Have fun and be safe![/QUOTE
a 450 wouldn't have a problem making it up, the 500 has like 4 more horsepower and as everyone knows a 500 is faster, but its uncontrollable in its horse power peek.

Dude, the power difference between a 450 and a 500 in a hillclimb is HUGE. Hillclimbing is one place where its pretty easy to use ALL the power a bike can produce.....and my CR 500 produces tons more than my YZ 450 F. I think its almost 12 hp difference in stock form. Just so you know.

Thats so funny...thats exactly how I start mine when I am not gonna go for a real ride........with one boot. Then I go ride it around the block. The neighbors must think I'm drunk or stupid....riding around with one boot. :busted:

I always keep one old right foot boot in the shed
It did not explode? I thought it would for sure. Good job holding onto it, must be a crazy ride. Nothing like ingenuity to fix an underpowered bike

well in that case you need to put a paddle tire on, load up the bike, and drive yourself all the way to utah to hit our notorious "sand mountain" a steep-as-hell mountain of sand that is 700 feet tall, then you can show all of these rednecks on banshees how its done.......i'll even fill your N2o bottle and meet you:ride:

Haha it's all good I really don't care sand is sand and it's damn good riding! I don't know if Sand Mountain is bigger than Choke Cherry never been there, but some of the Sand Crusades guys that I have ridden with say Choke Cherry is the biggest they have climbed and they ride California,Utah, and Arizona dunes frequently. I do know that St.Anthony has bigger hills in general than most sand dunes in the U.S. as for acreage somewhere around 50,000 and not as crowded as Little Sahara I heard that on spring break and holiday weekends there are too many people and accidents there. We drove by it on our way to Cainville over spring break would have liked to stop but a friend of ours insisted not to because of the crowd. I do hope to get down there and check it out in the fall though when it cools down, Utah's to hot in the summer.
