Hello.

I am looking for a link to a PDF (preferably) copy of the 2005 RMZ250 Service Manual (and any other manuals on this bike if you know of some).

I have searched the Suzuki forums but came up short.

Also, I did read a post on where someone was looking for the 2005 RMZ250 Service Manual and the reply gave a link to the the Kawasaki KX250F Service Manual and said you could use that. Is this true? Are they the same engines?

The '05 RMZ250 and the Kawasaki KX250F were a joint venture between Suzuki and Kawasaki. One is yellow the other is green, that is the only difference.
