Scott, On another note. Is there any good pheasant hunting areas nearby? Me and a friend are thinking of possibly doing a little hunting on Monday. Gotta make the most of these cross-state trips. W. WA sucks ass compared to E. WA when it comes to pheasant and upland bird hunting. :worthy:

Hmmm guess i am pitting with travis ......
hope to see you there trav .

montana, you don't screw around with the inventory...

I'm not riding this year due to a foot injury (head-on with another rider trail riding), so my list looks like this:

1. beer
2. vodka
3. purple cool-aid mix (see 2)
4. beer
5. pop-tarts

:busted:

Man, I gotta stop checking the weather! Last night, they had removed all traces of rain from the weekend's forecast. This morning, they put it back. Friday. Saturday. Sunday.

Oh boy, here we go! Time to go buy some more tear offs and another set of goggles!

Yep, another 25 hour first race question......

I have numbers on my bike already as I do a lot of moto so I emailed the track and they said that they supply numbers that you can use on your bike. What are these numbers made of and how do you fasten them to your bike? Are they stickers, do they require zip ties, etc.

Thanks!

They have 4x6" white stickers and a big black marker. They'll give you three to put on your side and front number plates.

Have fun!

If they are the same stickers that bronco had the first year you are better off getting your own as these did not want to come off.

That's what I'm worried about. I have these really nice pre-printed ones and will not be a very happy person if the ones you are given mess them up any.

How about we wish for rain before the race to make the track dust free, then for cloudy skies so it doesn't dry out, but no rain. Nothings worse than riding wet and cold.

In the past, some have had good luck with using duct tape to affix the supplied numbers. Much easier to remove later on.

Don't forget zip ties and safety wire. Between those three items, you can do nearly everything but a top end rebuild!

Use a heat gun before you start to take them off and the use contact cleaner to finish the job. No problems

The numbered stickers have to stay on your bike! Most of the time the duct taped numbers fall off. We will send you back to the pits if you don't come through with numbers.
We can't catch cheaters if they don't have our numbers on. :foul:
