Taking place Jun 26, 2005 (Single Day Event)

Tennessee Mash Enduro Information

This is what Ed LaRoche wrote to the Yahoo SERA news group.

The NATRA Enduro will be fun/tough and hot. The actual trail isn't too
tough because we had 2 "C" riders complete the entire trail last
Sunday. There are no impossible sections, but the trail will be challenging.
Be sure to hydrate. The temperatures are expected to be in the upper
80s. The trails in the woods are considerabley cooler. All trails are
in the woods, there are no clear cut sections.

The parking area is 25 acres and was bush-hogged early this week. The
area had some rain early in the week which should keep the dust down.
We rode the entire trail Sunday and had no dust problems. I followed 5
other riders and my goggles were clear the entire time. Most of the
trail is single track. There are some 4 wheeler trails. As the web site
shows there is 2 three mile sections of road to connect the separate
pieces of property.
The single track and 4 wheeler trails should not have any dust. The
area is hard pack on some trails. There are rocks so don't run your
tires with too little pressure.

By the way, remember that Flatlanders are welcome. At NATRA "we don't
need no stinking Moguls!" All riders will be in "single track heaven"
for the majority of the ride.
