Event: 7th anual Pilot Rock Bike Pit dinner fund raiser

Taking place Mar 10, 2012 (Single Day Event)


Its time to party again. "The Pilot Rock Bike Pit" is throwing their 7th annual dinner, dance, auction, fund raiser. All proceedes go to "The Bike Pit" to finance the cost of opperating and maintaning the track for "free public use" year round. We will have our second annual race the next day March 11th. Doors open at 4:00pm-12:00pm with dinner being served from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. auction begins at 8:30pm. We will have live music by "Bogus Charlie" and dinner by "Fagen Brothers BBQ" and a no cover no host bar. We will have a shuttle available for rides back to the track for those who need it. This is the main sorce of funding for this facilties expenses so please come out and support the sport so that this may continue. We will have a flyer available soon on our web sight "thebikepit.org" or "thebikepit" on face book.

"Gen admission" $5.00 at the door or free with $8.00 race event gate pass available at the track which includes free dry camp starting friday. Kids under 12 free.

Dinner price at he door $15.00 single adults, $10.00 single 12 years and under, $40.00 family (2 adults 2 children)

Dinner price pre pay $12.00 single adult, $8.00 single 12 years and under, $35.00 family (2 adults 2 children)
