First and foremost, I want to apologize to everyone for my delay on posting back on TT. I have been out of pocket for the last couple of weeks, but we are back and working on the strength and flexibility video series specific to arm pump and body position. In the meantime, I wanted to address something that is a significant component of cramping in general: hydration levels.
